Privacy Policy

The short version
- You can search without an account, and we never ask about your health.
- When you book, you’re on the dental office’s own website, under its own privacy policy.
- We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use advertising trackers.
1. What we collect
When you search
Nothing that identifies you. We count how often people tap to call an office, open its booking page or visit its website. These counts don’t identify you.
When you contact us or suggest a correction
Your name and email if you give them, and your message. Please don’t send health details; we don’t need them and don’t want them.
When you run an office listing
Your email address to sign you in, and the office details you add. To confirm you work at the office, we send a code to the office phone through our call and text provider. If you send us documents instead, we keep them only as long as we need to check them.
When you pay for Premium
Our payment provider handles your card details. We receive your name, email and whether payments went through, but not your full card number.
2. How we use it
- To show dental office listings and keep them accurate.
- To sign office owners in and confirm they run the office.
- To take payments and send receipts.
- To reply to messages and corrections.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
3. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (our web host, email delivery service, call and text provider, and payment provider), who may only use it to provide their service to us, and with authorities if the law requires it.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies the site needs to work: sign-in cookies for office owners and payment cookies from our payment provider during checkout. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add website analytics later, we’ll update this page first.
5. How long we keep it
- Messages and corrections: up to 12 months.
- Office accounts: until you ask us to close the account.
- Ownership documents: deleted after 90 days.
- Payment records: as long as tax law requires.
6. Your choices
To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it, contact us and we’ll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including Maryland, you may have further rights under state privacy law, and we’ll honor them.
7. Children
This site isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
8. Changes and contact
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll say so on the site before the change takes effect.
